      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      AS Veere Sadam asub Saaremaal, Tagamõisa poolsaarel, Tagalahe ääres.

      AS Veere Sadam põhitegevuseks on sadamateenuste osutamine kala- ja kaubalaevadele, suveperioodil ka jahtidele ning mootorpaatidele. AS Veere Sadam äritegevus on hooajaline, sest kalapüügiperiood on septembrist maini.

      2024. aastal oli müügitulu kokku 84 375 eurot ning majandusaasta lõppes 49 323 eurose kasumiga.

      2024.aastal ei olnud AS Veere Sadamal töötajaid, sadamakapteni teenust ostetakse sisse. AS Veere Sadam tööd juhib nelja liikmeline nõukogu ja juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest.

      Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele 2024.aastal tasu ei makstud ja neile ei ole ette nähtud hüvitisi ega kompensatsioone.

      AS Veere Sadam kuulub alates 17.05.2024 aastast Energy Port OÜ-le.
