      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      AS Sysdec alustas oma äritegevusega 1992 aastal ning tegevusaladeks on majandustarkvara “SAF” arendamine, turustamine ja koolitamine.

      Toode ja teenused on mõeldud siseturule.

      AS Sysdec 2023 aasta käive võrrreldes eelmise aastaga kasvas ~7% ja kasum kasvas ~20%.

      Käibest moodustas SAFi müük 60%, püsihoolduslepingud 27%, konsultatsioonid 13%.

      2023 aasta anti välja SAF versiooniuuendused ja SAF WEB. Järgmisel majandusaastal on plaanis jätkata majandustarkvara SAF arendamisega.

      Töötajate arv oli AS Sysdec aasta jooksul 15 inimest ning tööjõukulude summa oli 590,882.- eurot.

      Juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest. Juhatuse esimehe tõõjõukulude summaks oli 38,534.- eurot. Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmed juhtimistasu ei saanud.

      Käibe kasv (%) = (müügitulu 2023 – müügitulu 2022) / müügitulu 2022 * 100

      Kasumi kasv (%) = (puhaskasum 2023 – puhaskasum 2022) / puhaskasum 2022 * 100

      Puhasrentaablus (%) = puhaskasum / müügitulu * 100

      Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) = käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused

      ROA (%) = puhaskasum / varad kokku * 100

      ROE (%) = puhaskasum / omakapital kokku * 100
