      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Infast Oil AS on asutatud 1995.aastal. Ettevõtte põhiliseks majandustegevuseks (EMTAK kood 46712) on auto-, tööstus- ning laevaõlide hulgimüük Eestis ja välismaal ning vahendus-tegevus Euroopa Liidu ja SRÜ liikmesriikide vahel. Põhilisteks eksportturgudeks olid Itaalia, Poola,

      Soome ja Venemaa.

      Infast Oili poolt müüdavates kaubamärkides muutusi ei toimunud. Endiselt jätkus koostöö mainekate kaubamärkidega nagu Teboil, Orlen ja

      Agip.

      Konkurentsivõime parandamiseks siseturul, tegutseb esindus Tartus ja Pärnus ning jätkus ka töö teiste kohalike esinduste tegevuse laiendamiseks.

      Aastal 2024 planeerib Infast Oil jätkata tööd kõigi kasutuses olevate kaubamärkidega ja saavutada Agip õlide maaletooja staatus (2017:edasimüüja staatus) ning sellega seoses ka pöörata enam tähelepanu Agip määrdeainete müügile. Lisaks sellele, on plaanis veelgi enam panustada ekspordile, kusjuures põhiliselt suunatuna otse suurklientidele. Endisest enam pööratakse tähelepanu laovarude optimeerimisele ja klientide krediidivõimele.

      Majandusaastal 2023 Investeeris Infast Oil põhivaradesse 0 eurot (2022: 8721 eurot).

      Aruandeperioodil töötasufond oli kokku 248 680 eurot (2022: 232 800 eurot).

      Aastal 2023 töötas 14 (2022: 14) inimest.

      Infast Oili nõukogus on kolm liiget, kes ei ole palgalised.
