      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus

      AS M ja P Nurst on tegutsenud alates 1991. aastast. AS M ja P Nurst tegevusaladeks on elektriseadmete-, kaabliköidikute-, plastdetailide tootmine ja rahvusvaheline kauba vedu.

      AS M ja P Nurst eesmärk on olla pikaajaliselt edukas, kasvatades firma kapitali ja tootes tulu koostööpartneritele ja omanikele ning pakkudes motiveerivat tööd, palka ja arenguvõimalusi oma töötajatele.

      AS M ja P Nurst visioon on olla usaldusväärne, spetsialiseerunud, kohanemisvõimeline ja keskkonnateadlik koostööpartner plasti- ja elektrotehnikasegmentides.

      Tulud, kulud, kasum 2024 aasta müügitulu oli 14,77 mil. €. Võrreldes 2023 aastaga vähenes müügitulu 0,30 milj. €, ehk 2 %. 2025 a. toodangu mahuks plaanime 16 milj. €.

      2024. aastal moodustas eksport 92% kogu toodangu mahust. AS M ja P Nurst peamised ekspordi sihtturud on Soome 36%, Saksamaa 29%,

      Poola 19% ja Taani 5%.

      2024. aasta lõppes 63,9 tuh. € kahjumiga.

      Maksevõime kordaja (käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused) 3,71 3,6 2024 aasta tegevusest oli suurema osatähtsusega elektriseadmete koostamine 52%, kaabliköidikute koostamine 34%, plastdetailide valmistamine 10%, rahvusvaheline kauba vedu 4%.

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Kuna enamus ettevõtte tehingutest tarnijate- ja klientidega toimuvad eurodes, siis ettevõtte valuutakursi risk on madal.

      Kapitalirendi korras renditud põhivara intressimäär on seotud EURIBOR-iga.

      Investeeringud

      Ettevõte on majandusseisaku tõttu kogenud müügitulu langust, kuid on edukalt rakendanud kulude kärpimise ja operatsioonide tõhustamise meetmeid, et säilitada stabiilne kliendibaas. Tehnoloogiliste uuenduste ning tootmisvõimekuse parandamisse suunatud investeeringud näitavad ettevõtte pühendumust innovatsioonile ja konkurentsivõime tõstmisele. Riskijuhtimise strateegiate ümberhindamine on aidanud ettevõttel paremini toime tulla majandusseisaku väljakutsetega. Vaatamata keerulistele aegadele 2024. aastal, on ettevõte strateegiliste muudatuste ja paindliku juhtimise abil suutnud säilitada oma turupositsiooni ja valmistub aktiivselt majanduse taastumiseks, keskendudes jätkusuutlikule kasvule ja turuosa suurendamisele.

      Personal

      Keskmine töötajate arv oli 2024. aastal 163 ja neile arvestati töötasu 2,7 milj. eurot. Võrreldes 2023 aastaga vähenes aasta keskmine töötajate arv 10 inimese võrra. Seisuga 31.detsember 2024 a. oli töötajaid nimekirjas 167.

      ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 ja ISO 26000 sertifikaadid on tõenduseks, et M ja P Nurst`i tegevus on kõikidel tasanditel süsteemne, et oma tegevuses järgitakse seadusi, normatiive ja eeskirju ning rahvusvaheliselt heakskiidetud kvaliteedinorme.
