      EB-KAUP OÜ asutati 1992. a. Samal aastal alustati majandustegevusega ning 2002. aastani oli põhitegevuseks jaekaubandus. Alates 2002. aastast on kaubanduse osakaal vähenenud ning põhitegevuseks on kujunenud metalldetailide tootmine.

      EB-KAUP OÜ põhieesmärk 2025. aastaks on koostöö partneritega ja uute klientide leidmine, likviidsuse tagamine ning kasumi maksimaliseerimine olemas oleva ressurssi abil.
