      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      OÜ Renalis Kliinikud tegutses aruandeaastal kokku 10 asukohas üle eesti. Hemodialüüsikliinikud asusid - Viljandis, Rakveres, Haapsalus,

      Jõgeval, Keilas, Narvas, Paides, Kärdlas ning Tallinna linnas Lasnamäel ja kesklinnas.

      2022. aasta jooksul teostati ettevõtja hemodialüüsi kliinikutes kokku 25 765 hemodialüüsi protseduuri. Võrreldes eelneva 2021. aastaga (31 581) tehti dialüüse 5 816 võrra vähem. Patsientide arv oli aasta alguses 234 ning aruandeaasta lõpuks 161 haiget.

      2022. aasta majandusaastal investeeriti materiaalsetesse põhivaradesse 88 629 eurot (2021. aastal 1 065 469 eurot). Investeeringud olid põhiliselt seotud ruumide rekonstrueerimise kuludega ja lisaks ka haiglainventari hankimiste ja elektroonikaseadmete ostuga. Investeeringud tehti eesmärgiga parendada nii töötajate töökeskkonda kui ka ravil käivate patsientide ravikvaliteeti. Ettevõtjale on oluline edendada äritegevust vastavalt Euroopa Liidu poolt raviasutustele tehtud ettekirjutistele ning seeläbi tagada kvaliteetse hemodialüüsi teenuse pakkumine.

      Immateriaalsetesse põhivaradesse investeeringuid aruandeaastal ei tehtud (2021. aastal 0 eurot).

      Ettevõtja juhatuses toimus aruandeaastal juhtkonna vahetus. Aruandeaastal arvestatud tasud tegevjuhtkonnale kokku olid 138 777 eurot (2021.

      aastal olid vastavad tasud 111 365 eurot).

      2022. aastal moodustas müügitulu põhitegevusest 5 529 288 eurot. Võrreldes 2021. aasta 6 596 456 euro müügituluga vähenes ettevõtja müügitulu 1 067 168 euro võrra. Tulu kahanemine oli võrreldes 2021. aastaga -19,3%. Suhtarvu arvutamisel on kasutatud valemit: (100*(müügitulu 2022-müügitulu 2021)/müügitulu 2022).

      2022. aasta lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) oli 2,31 korda (2021: 1,06 korda). Kattekordaja arvutamisel on kasutatud valemit: käibevara/lühiajalised kohustused.

      Tööga hõivatute isikute arv ettevõttes oli 2022. aasta lõpus 65 inimest (2021. aastal 98 inimest). Käsunduslepingu alusel töötavaid töötajaid ei olnud (2021. aastal 6 töötajat).

      Arvestatud töötasude ja tööjõukulude kogusumma koos maksudega oli 2 617 695 eurot (2021. aastal 2 315 448 eurot). Töötajate arv taandatuna täistööajale oli aasta lõpu seisuga 42 (2021. aastal 65 inimest).

      30.12.2022 kuupäeval müüs ettevõtja senine ainuosanik osakapitali osa Renalis OÜ-le. 2023. aastal muutus ettevõtte ärinimi Renalis Kliinikud

      OÜ-ks.

      Ettevõtja majandustegevust ei mõjuta hooajalisus ega majandustegevuse tsüklilisus. Samuti ei kaasne ettevõtja tegevusega olulisi keskkonna ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid.

      Majandusaasta aruande koostamisperioodil ei ilmnenud valuutakursside muutumisega seonduvaid olulisi riske.
