      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Koolitoitlustuse OÜ on ettevõte, kes tegeleb toitlustamisega Tallinna üldhariduslikes koolides Mustamäel, Haaberstis ja Kesklinnas.

      Toitlustamine on korraldatud 4-s üldhariduskooli sööklas.

      Õpilaste toitlustamise korraldamiseks on sõlmitud koolidega lepingud, kus on määratud osapoolte õigused ja kohustused ning maksetingimused.

      Toitlustamise eest tasumine toimub arvete alusel riigieelarve vahenditest ja lapsevanemate poolt raha kannetega panka.

      Aruandeaastal kujunes ettevõtte majandustulemuseks 109337 euro suurune kahjum. Kahjum kaeti varasemate perioodide jaotamata kasumi arvelt. Aruandeperioodi lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte jaotamata kasum ligikaudu 199089 eurot, mis tagab ettevõttele tugeva omakapitali ja stabiilse finantsseisu.

      Majandustulemust mõjutas eelkõige Tallinna Tehnikagümnaasium toitlustamise hankelepingu lõppemine, mille mõju oli juhtkonnale ette teada ning milleks valmistuti juba varasemalt. Lisaks avaldasid ettevõtte tulemustele olulist mõju tööjõukulude kasv ning tooraine ja teiste sisendkulude märkimisväärne kallinemine.

      Pärast aruandeperioodi lõppu on ettevõte edukalt osalenud Tallinna koolide ühises kobarhankes, mille tulemusena sõlmiti viieaastased toitlustuslepingud kümne kooliga. Koolitoitlustuse OÜ osutus hanke edukaimaks pakkujaks lepingute mahu poolest. Lisaks on suurenenud koolitoidu rahastamise määr, mis koos uute lepingutega parandab oluliselt ettevõtte majandustegevuse eeldusi.

      Sõlmitud lepingute kogumaht järgmiseks viieks aastaks on ligikaudu 12 miljonit eurot. Nende lepingute alusel prognoosib juhtkond, et järgmised majandusaastad kujunevad ettevõtte ajaloo edukaimateks nii käibe kui ka kasumlikkuse osas. Võrreldes aruandeaastaga kasvab ettevõtte käive hinnanguliselt ligi kaks korda ning juhtkond eeldab järgnevatel aastatel tugevat ja jätkusuutlikku kasumlikkust.
