      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      AS Holttem on koostanud 2023.a konsolideerimisgrupi majandusaasta aruande. Lõppenud majandusaastal jätkas ettevõte oma traditsioonilist äritegevust tootes põhiliselt männipuidust sõrmjätkatud tooteid ning täislamellidest kui ka sõrmjätkatud lamellidest liimpuitkomponente, liimpuitplaate ning saematerjali.

      KONSOLIDEERIMISGRUPP

      Konsolideerimisgrupi konsolideerivaks üksuseks on AS Holttem (emaettevõte) ning konsolideeritavaks üksuseks

      OÜ Karksi-Nuia Soojus (tütarettevõte).

      AS Holttem kuulub 100% OÜ Karksi-Nuia Soojuse osakapitalist. Investeering tütarettevõttesse on konsolideerimata bilansis kajastatud kapitaliosaluse meetodil.

      Soojatootmisega tegelev AS-i Holttem tütarettevõtja OÜ Karksi-Nuia Soojus ei jõudnud aruandeaastal kasumisse tootmise sisendhindade tõusu tõttu. Tütarettevõtjate majandustulemused on toodud tema 2023.aasta majandusaasta aruandes.

      Majandusaastal toimunud ja eeldatavad muudatused konsolideerimisgrupi koosseisus.

      Aruandeaastal ei ole toimunud muudatusi konsolideerimisgrupi koosseisus.

      Konsolideerimisgrupi äritegevuse hooajalisus või majandustegevuse tsüklilisus.

      Konsolideeriva üksuse AS Holttemi poolt varutava tooraine kogus ja kvaliteet sõltuvad oluliselt ilmastikutingimustest, seetõttu toimub põhiline tooraine varumine sügisest kevadeni. Oma toodangut turustatakse aastaringselt. Kuna tütarettevõtte tegevusalaks on soojusenergia tootmine, siis on äritegevus aktiivsem kütteperioodil.

      Konsolideerimisgrupi dividendipoliitika.

      AS Holttem juhtkond ei ole kehtestanud tütarühingu osas kindlat dividendipoliitikat (nagu AS Holttem aktsionär ei ole kehtestanud kindlat dividendipoliitikat ka AS Holttem suhtes). Dividendide maksmise osas tehakse otsus
