      Sissejuhatus

      Aastal 2024 jätkas OÜ LOIRI PAGAR (edaspidi Firma) oma põhitegevust – pagaritoodete tootmist ja toitlustust.

      Tootmisruume Tallinnas, Kadaka tee 52a rendib Firma Agu Arus’elt.

      Jätkuvalt tegutseb Tallinnas Saiapood aadressiga Nunne tn. 9.

      Nunne tn. 9 Saiapood on oma eksistentsi õigustanud.

      Toodete sortimet ja toodangu kvaliteet on eelmiste aastatega saanud paika. Jooksvalt toimub siiski tootearendus vastavalt klientide soovidele ja nõudmistele.

      2024 aastal nõrgenes Tallinna hotellide, restoranide ja kaupluste nõudlus pagaritoodete järgi, seega arenguruumi on.

      Firmal kohustusi kellegi ees ei ole.

      Lisaks oli 2024. a. firmas keskmiselt 12 töötajat täistööajaga ja 2 töötajat osalise tööajaga.

      Tööjõukulude üldsumma 2024. majandusaastal oli 192 051.- €, millest juhataja töötasu moodustas 15 600-€. Tööjõukulud moodustasid eelmise aruandeperioodi kuludest 38 %

      Natalja Arus prokuristiks olemise eest lisatasu ei saa.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum.

      2024 a. moodustas OÜ Loiri Pagar müügitulu 477 190.- €, kahanes aastaga 11,8 %.

      Ettevõtte tegevuskulud 2023. a. olid 170 935.- € (kahanes võrreldes eelneva majandusaastaga 1 %).

      116 299.- € kulus kaubale, toorainele ja teenustele ja 25 323.- € põhivara väärtuse langusele ja kulumiks (kasvas võrreldes eelneva majandusaastaga 8,2 %).

      Muudest finantstuludest moodustasid töötukassa toetusmeetmed 5 347.- €.

      Ettevõtte jäi 22 117- euroga kahjumisse.
