      Aktsiaseltsi põhitegevusalaks oli 2023.a metsamaterjali müük ning metsakinnistute soetamine.

      2023.aastal väljaminekuid uurimis- ja arengutegevuseks ei tehtud ning neid ei kavandata teha ka järgneval aastal.

      Juhatus on üheliikmeline. Juhatusele ega nõukogu liikmetele eraldi tasusid ei makstud.
