      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Coop on 100% Eesti tarbijatele kuuluv Eesti jaekaubanduses ühiselt tegutsev grupp, mille üheks liikmeks on Coop Põlva Tarbijate Ühistu ehk Coop Põlva.

      Kaubandusega tegeleme Põlva, Võru ja Tartu maakonnas, sealhulgas on meil 17 toidukauplust ja 9 tööstuskaupade poodi- 1 Coop Maksimarket, 9 Coop Konsumit, 7 Coop Väikepoodi, 2 Coop Ehituskeskust, Põlva Kaubamajas kauplus Mood&ilu, Põlva Euronics, Võru

      PetCity, Räpina Universaal. Samuti on meil kolm toitlustus üksust - restoran LaStoria ning Oma Pala kondiiter ja kulinaaria.

      23.01.2023 ühendati Coop Põlva TÜ ga tütarettevõtte Kinvar Invest OÜ.

      2023.aastal oli Coop Põlva müügitulu 54 213 tuhat eurot, kasvades võrreldes 2022. aastaga 3 553 tuhat eurot ehk 6,55%, käibe kasvuks prognoositi keskmiselt 5%.

      Ühistu müügitulust 97,5%, mis on 52 852 tuhat eurot, tuleb jaekaubandusest.Toitlustusettevõtete müügitulu oli 169 tuhat eurot, 0,3% ühistu müügitulust. Teenuste müük oli 1 1 92 tuhat eurot, 2,2% müügitulust.

      Ühistu liikmete arv seisuga 31.12.2023 oli 455, osakapitali summaga 224 tuhat eurot.

      2023. aastal avasime Külitse Coop Konsumi. Suuremad investeeringud olidki Külitse Konsumi seadmetesse ja sisustusse ning Ülenurme

      Konsumi sisustuse ja külmaseadmete pargi uuendamisse, kokku summas 1 009 tuhat eurot. 2024. aastasse suuri investeeringuid planeeritud ei ole. Plaanime jätkata oma senist tegevust, hoida turuosa. Fookus on protsesside efektiivistamisel ja olemasolevate kaupluste parendamisel, et tagada taskukohane, kaasaegne ja mugav teenus kliendile.

      Omakapitali puhasrentaablus 4,36% 3,25%

      Müügitulu puhasrentaablus 0,96% 0,73%

      Maksevõime üldine tase 64,70% 59,28%

      Võlakordaja 49,45% 50,48%

      Suhtarvude arvutamise metoodika: varade puhasrentaablus = puhaskasum / varad kokku; omakapitali rentaablus = puhaskasum / omakapital; müügitulu puhasrentaablus = puhaskasum / müügitulu; maksevõime üldine tase = käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused; võlakordaja = kohustused kokku/ varad kokku.

      Coop Põlva Tarbijate Ühistu põhikiri näeb ette dividendide maksmise maksimaalselt 8% osakapitalist.
