      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Coop on 100% Eesti tarbijatele kuuluv Eesti jaekaubanduses ühiselt tegutsev grupp, mille üheks liikmeks on Coop Põlva Tarbijate Ühistu ehk Coop Põlva.

      Kaubandusega tegeleme Põlva, Võru ja Tartu maakonnas, sealhulgas oli 2024 aastal meil 17 toidukauplust ja 9 tööstuskaupade poodi. Nende hulka kuulusid 1 Coop Maksimarket, 9 Coop Konsumit, 7 Coop Väikepoodi, 2 Coop Ehituskeskust, Põlva Kaubamajas kauplus Mood&ilu, Põlva

      Euronics, Võru PetCity, Räpina Universaal. Lisaks kuulub meie koosseisu kolm toitlustusüksust: restoran LaStoria ning Oma Pala kondiiter ja kulinaaria. 2025 aastal sulgeme kaks väikepoodi.

      2024.aastal oli Coop Põlva müügitulu 54 684 tuhat eurot, kasvades võrreldes 2023. aastaga 471 tuhat eurot ehk 0,9%, käibe kasvuks prognoositi keskmiselt 2%.

      Ühistu müügitulust 96,9%, mis on 53 030 tuhat eurot, tuleb jaekaubandusest.Toitlustusettevõtete müügitulu oli 405 tuhat eurot, 0,7% ühistu müügitulust. Teenuste müük oli 1 249 tuhat eurot, 2,3% müügitulust.

      Ühistu liikmete arv seisuga 31.12.2024 oli 455, osakapitali summaga 241 tuhat eurot.

      2024. aastal lammutasime Põlvas, Kesk 10 asunud kaubamaja. Selle tegevuse tulemusena on majandusaasta kahjumis, kuna kandsime bilansist välja hoone jääkväärtuse, millele lisandusid veel lammutusega seotud kulud. 2025. aastal kavatseme ehitada uue kaupluse

      Värskasse, Coop Konsumi. Planeeritav investeering 1,3 miljonit eurot. Samuti plaanime jätkata oma senist tegevust, hoida turuosa. Fookus on protsesside efektiivistamisel ja olemasolevate kaupluste parendamisel, et tagada taskukohane, kaasaegne ja mugav teenus kliendile.

      Suhtarvude arvutamise metoodika: varade puhasrentaablus = puhaskasum / varad kokku; omakapitali rentaablus = puhaskasum / omakapital; müügitulu puhasrentaablus = puhaskasum / müügitulu; maksevõime üldine tase = käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused; võlakordaja = kohustused kokku/ varad kokku.

      Coop Põlva Tarbijate Ühistu põhikiri näeb ette dividendide maksmise maksimaalselt 8% osakapitalist.
