      Sissejuhatus

      TÜ Vivesti asutati 1996 aastal. Samal aastal alustati majandustegevusega ning 2023 aastani põhitegevus oli postikartide hulgimüük. Praegusel momendil käib meil ümber korraldamine töösüstemis suurema ostjaga AS Eesti Post, Maxima OÜ ja Prisma AS.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2023. aastal moodustas TÜ Vivesti müügitulu 74733.- eurot. Realisatsioon toimus Eestis 100%

      TÜ Vivesti brutokasumiks kujunes 51762.- eurot . 2023 aastal oli kasum- 1694,- eurot.

      Üldhalduskulud olid 2040,- eurot ja turustuskulud 50210,- eurot.

      2023. aastal põhivarade kulum moodustas 88.- eurot.

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Tehingud tarnijate ja klientidega toimuvad eurodes, mistõttu on valuutakursi risk madal.

      Ettevõtte pikaajalise laenu intressimäär on seotud EURIBORiga.

      Personal

      TÜ Vivesti keskmine töötajate arv oli 3 töötajat. 2023 aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 30968,- eurot.

      Juhatus koosneb 1 liikmest. Juhatuse liikmetele eelmisel aastal hüvitist ei makstud.
