      Sissejuhatus

      TÜ Vivesti asutati 1996 aastal. Samal aastal alustati majandustegevusega ning 2024 aastani põhitegevus oli postikartide hulgimüük ja hetkel peamine klient jäi Prismamarket AS. 2024 aastal lisandusid kuulerteenused.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024. aastal moodustas TÜ Vivesti müügitulu 43586.- eurot. Realisatsioon toimus Eestis 100%

      TÜ Vivesti brutokasumiks kujunes 37420.- eurot . 2024 aastal oli kahjum- 10144,- eurot.

      Üldhalduskulud olid 890,- eurot ja turustuskulud 36229,- eurot.

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Tehingud tarnijate ja klientidega toimuvad eurodes, mistõttu on valuutakursi risk madal.

      Ettevõtte pikaajalise laenu intressimäär on seotud EURIBORiga.

      Personal

      TÜ Vivesti keskmine töötajate arv oli 2 töötajat. 2024 aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 23707,- eurot.

      Juhatus koosneb 1 liikmest. Juhatuse liikmetele eelmisel aastal hüvitist ei makstud.
