      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Timbeco on 1993.aastal asutatud 100% Eesti kapitalil põhinev ettevõte. Timbeco tegevusala on elementidest ja moodulitest puithoonete müük, projektijuhtimine, projekteerimine ja tootmine.

      Timbeco toodete ja teenuste peamised sihtriigid on peamiselt Rootsi, Norra, Island, Šveits ja Eesti.

      Kokkuvõte 2023 aasta kohta:

      Aasta 2023 osutus majanduslikult keeruliseks, mõjutatuna mitmest globaalsest ja regionaalsest tegurist. Keskpangad alustasid 2022. aastal ajaloo kiireimat intressimäärade tõusu, mis vähendas oluliselt nii arendajate kui koduostjate kindlust uusi projekte alustada ja investeeringuid teha. Samal ajal toonud majanduslangus ja poliitiline ebastabiilsus, eriti jätkuv sõda Ukrainas ja uued konfliktid

      Iisraelis, vähendasid tarbijate ostujulgust. Skandinaavia valuutade nõrgenemine euro suhtes 15-20% võrra suurendas eksportimise kulusid, põhjustades mitmete projektide külmutamise või edasilükkamise.

      2023 aasta käive jäi märgatavalt alla planeeritud tasemele, põhjustades ettevõttele suure kahjumi.

      Vastuseks majanduslikele väljakutsetele võtsime kasutusele mitmeid meetmeid kulude vähendamiseks ja operatsioonide efektiivsuse suurendamiseks. Kuigi need muudatused ei too kohest mõju, on nende positiivne mõju töö efektiivsusele juba märgatav. Ootame, et tehtud parandused avaldavad märkimisväärset positiivset mõju meie majandustulemustele aastatel 2024 ja 2025, kui mahud taas kasvama hakkavad.
