      Türi Vaip OÜ alustas tegevust 1991.aastal aktsiaseltsina Tyrinfintex .

      1994.aastal muudeti ettevõtte nimi Türi Vaip AS-iks ning 1996.a. kujundati ettevõte vastavalt äriseadustikule osaühinguks.

      Ettevõtte algusest tegevusalaks olnud vaipade kudumisele poolautomaatsetel kangastelgedel on lisandunud suurenenud alana tekstiilkiudude ettevalmistamine ja ketramine.

      Lisaks on oluliselt suurenenud osakaal ruumide rendile andmisega.

      2024.a. majandusaasta lõpuks koosneb osaühingu juhatus ühest liikmest. Juhatuse liige ei ole vahetunud ega tagasikutsutud.

      2024.aastal ei ole omanikule jaotamata kasumist välja makstud dividende.

      2025.aastal jätkame möödunud majandusaasta tegevusaladel.
