      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Jentero AG põhitegevuseks on piljardilaudade ja piljardivarustuse müük ja rentimine,meelelahutuse organiseerimine ja mitteeluruumide rent.Äritegevuse põhihooaeg on aastaaja jahedam osa, soojal suvel tegevus raugeb nõudluse langemise tõttu.

      Tulud,kulud ja kasum 2024a.moodustas OÜ Jentero AG müügitulu 47087 EUR .Müügitulust moodustas 52 % mitteeluruumide rendist ja 48 % piljardilaudade ja piljardivarustuse müügist ja rendist.

      OÜ Jentero AG müügitulust moodustas 100 % Eestisse.

      OÜ Jentero AG kahjumiks kujunes 1062 EUR.

      OÜ Jentero AG keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 1 töötajat. 2024.aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 12000 EUR,s.h.juhatuse liikmetele tasud moodustasid 12000 EUR.

      Juhatuse liikmetele nendega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      OÜ Jentero AG põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on firma turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine olemasolevatel turgudel.

      Jätkuvalt on rõhk piljardilaudade korrashoiuks vajaliste teenuste osutamisele, samas arendamisel on suund leida uusi teenuseliine.
