      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ PTR Grupp osakapital on 3 834 EUR. Osaühingul on kolm osanikku. Osanikud omavad võrdselt osakuid. OÜ PTR Grupp põhitegevuseks on aparaadiehitus ning erinevate aparaatide hooldus ja remont. Suurim tellija olid endiselt OÜ Costech Microanalytical. Osaühingu juhatus on kahe liikmeline, kes on ka palgalised töötajad. Keskmine töötajate arv 2024 a. oli kaks. Juhatuse esimehele ja liikmele eraldi juhtimistasu ei makstud.

      2025 aastal nagu ka eelnevatel aastatel planeerime jätkuvalt koostööd OÜ Costech Microanalytical-iga, kellele valmistame erinevatele analüsaatoritele elektroonikasõlmi ja arvutitarkvara. Äriühingu juhatuse hinnangul on OÜ PTR Grupp jätkuvalt tegutsev firma ning vastab

      Äriseadusest tulenevatele nõuetele.
