The aim of OÜ Semuehitus is to build buildings desired by customers and to perform work of such quality that meets the requirements set by the client and national regulatory documents. In the opinion of the management of OÜ SEMUEHITUS, the compliance, safety, legality and quality of our products and services are decisive factors in achieving the company's lasting success.

The most important keywords of our activity are: • Customer focus. Continuous consideration and analysis of customer wishes, requirements, suggestions and needs, with the aim of meeting customer expectations and, if possible, exceeding them; • Work quality. Quality work and adherence to agreements are important in our competition and are the basis for our future work, achieving greater recognition of the company and earning a profit; • Compliance with legal and other requirements. We identify the legal requirements that our work must comply with and fulfill all obligations arising from relevant legal and other requirements; • Environmental friendliness. We use natural resources rationally and economically and implement measures to prevent environmental pollution and contamination. We use materials and technologies that do not pollute the environment or have a harmful effect on human health.

• Adaptability and ability to develop. Our company pays heightened attention to the continuous improvement of staff qualifications and professionalism through planned training. The company and its processes are constantly being developed to keep up and adapt quickly to the rapidly changing external environment; • Leadership by the management, through which every employee in the company is aware of the quality policy and goals and how the implementation of the quality management system helps them and leads to the achievement of the company's stated quality goals. The management allocates the necessary resources to implement the quality policy and achieve the quality goals.

OÜ SEMUEHITUS has the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate for main contracting in construction and project management and restoration and the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system quality certificate.

Since 2005, OÜ Semuehitus has a license from the National Heritage Board (for studies, conservation and restoration work plans, engineering parts of conservation and restoration projects and the preparation of heritage protection special conditions, conservation and restoration and heritage protection supervision, including in heritage protection areas).

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global crisis that affects all economic sectors.

The first case of the disease in Estonia was confirmed on February 27, 2020. A state of emergency was declared in Estonia on the evening of March 12.

We have paid more attention to hygiene - hand disinfection is provided at the sites. Employees have been explained the importance of staying at home, even if there are mild cold symptoms. All illnesses are analyzed to find out if it could be the covid19 virus and how to protect other employees. In the risk analysis, covid19 is separately highlighted as a viral disease and the risks are assessed.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the overall economic situation, the prices of materials and services have been steadily increasing and there have been significantly more problems with the supply of materials. Our customers are mostly state-owned companies, we hope that state orders will continue and therefore we can continue construction work and keep people employed.

All construction activities took place in 2022, as in previous years, in the Republic of Estonia.
