      OÜ Pare Kodumasinad asutati Tartus 29.08.1996.a. Ettevõtte põhitegevusaladeks on kodumasinate remont, võtmete valmistamine ning remonditarvikute müük. Lisaks müüakse vanu ja remondituid kodumasinaid. Ettevõttel on kaks müügi- ja teeninduskohta. Üks asub Tartus,

      Võru 126a, kus müüakse kasutatuid kodumasinaid ja teine on Elvas, Kesk 38. 2010.a. asus ettevõte Elvas Kesk 17, kuid 2011.a. alguses koliti ruumid ümber Kesk 38. Ettevõtte põhiklientuuri moodustavad eraisikud., mille tõttu ei ole ka osaühingu käibed väga suured. Ettevõte annab tööd 2 inimesele, kellest 1 töötajat on tööl osalise tööajaga. Töötajate palgakulu 2024.a. oli 24 tuhat eurot ilma sotsiaalmakseteta.

      2024.a. saiettevõte kasaumit 196 eurot, kuna kasutatud kodumasinate müük langes. Ettevõte vväljastab e-arveid.

      Ettevõtte juhtkonnale eritasusid ei makstud ning ei ole ka lepingutega sätestatud eritasusid.
