Main Activity

Rudus AS is engaged in the production and sale of building materials. The main activity is the production of concrete mixtures together with the related realization services and the import and sale of hard stone aggregate.

The peak season for concrete production and granite aggregate sales is from April to the end of October.

Management of the joint-stock company

The members of the supervisory board of the joint-stock company are: Georg Mikael Fjäder, Marja Johanna Romness and Mikko Vasama.

The member of the company's board is Rene Raamat.

Market assessment 2022 was a busy year. The beginning of the year was very promising, but from the second half, volumes started to decrease. The rise in raw material prices was very severe last year, as a result of which we were also forced to adjust our sales prices upwards .

The consumption of aggregate was still relatively good last year. Although the volume decline was already noticeable.

Sales and result

The sales revenue for the fiscal year is 40,905 thousand euros and the fiscal year ended with a profit of 388 thousand euros.

The profit before taxation is 958 thousand euros. Turnover increased by 2.1% compared to the previous year.

In the second half of the year, raw material prices and energy carriers started to rise very sharply. The increase in turnover was mainly due to price increases, as mentioned, volumes decreased.
