About the Company
KPMG Baltics OÜ is a business entity that offers a wide range of audit, tax and business advisory services to public and private sector organizations and individuals. KPMG is characterized by high quality audit and advisory services, customer focus and responsibility.
KPMG Baltics OÜ is a registered audit firm (license no. 17). We are part of the global network of KPMG business advisory firms, with more than 236,000 employees in 144 countries around the world dedicated to providing quality and reliable advisory services and excellent customer service. Each KPMG
International member firm is independent in its operations and is responsible for fulfilling its obligations, i.e. neither
KPMG International nor any of its members are responsible for the fulfillment of obligations of any other member firm.
KPMG started operations in Estonia on February 6, 1992. We are therefore the longest-standing and most experienced leading international (i.e. Big 4) audit firm in Estonia. We are the fastest growing Big 4 audit firm in terms of turnover and the only one that, in addition to Tallinn, has a significant office in Tartu, which allows us to be closer to our clients in Southern Estonia and to respond to their needs more quickly and flexibly.
KPMG is the only Big 4 audit firm in Estonia that organizationally belongs not to Eastern and Central Europe but to the Nordic region. The close integration with KPMG Finland and
Scandinavian countries, which began in 2017, has doubled both our sales revenue and the number of employees in Estonia in four years.
Cooperation with KPMG companies in Finland and other Nordic countries has enabled us to make a leap in development by applying best business practices and innovation, and to better meet the needs of our clients both now and in the future, provide more complex and higher quality business services, increase the knowledge and experience of our employees, and strengthen the reputation and image of the organization in every way.
The owners of KPMG Baltics OÜ as of the date of signing the annual report are Estonian sworn auditors Andris Jegers (professional certificate no. 171), Indrek Alliksaar (professional certificate no. 446), Eero Kaup (professional certificate no. 459), head of tax services Joel Zernask and heads of advisory services Hanno Lindpere and Tarmo Toiger (all with a 13.3333% stake) and the Finnish business entity KPMG
