      AS Agrovaru was established in 1992 and is based on Estonian capital.

      The main activity of the company is the sale and rental of German company Jungheinrich forklifts, warehouse shelves and other warehouse technology. We hold the status of the sole representative of the company Jungheinrich in Estonia.

      In addition, we sell and rent Italian company MultiOne mini loaders and their accessories, which are widely used in construction, agriculture, landscaping and street maintenance.

      In addition to sales and rentals, we offer customers maintenance and repair services for forklifts and loaders. The service is provided by workshops in Maardu and

      Tartu and mobile service buses.

      Sales revenue in 2022 was 5,183 thousand euros (in 2021 it was 4,619.8 thousand euros), an increase of about 6% compared to the previous financial year. Net profit in 2022 was 469.8 thousand euros (in 2021 it was 393.9 thousand euros), an increase of about 19%.

      There were no major changes in the staff in 2022. At the end of the reporting year, the company had 19 salaried employees. The board continued with one member and the council with three members.

      In the opinion of the management of Agrovaru AS, the war in Ukraine and the energy crisis in Europe have not had a significant impact on the company's economic activity,

      The aim of the company's board is to ensure sustainable, responsible and profitable economic activity. To achieve this, we invest in marketing and sales activities and also in improving the quality of after-sales service. We promote the preference of electric forklifts over internal combustion engine forklifts, thereby contributing to environmental conservation.
