      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      OÜ Cerbos pakub kaasaegseid energiasäästlikke küttelahendusi ja teenindust ning ettevõte väärtustab pikaajalist koostööd, usaldust ja kvaliteeti.

      Ettevõtte peamised tegevusvaldkonnad on: (cid:127) soojustehniliste seadmete paigaldamine ja hooldus; (cid:127) soojus- ja sanitaartehniliste materjalide ning seadmete hulgimüügi-, import- ja eksporttehingud; 2025.aastal oli üldine majanduskeskkond endiselt ettevaatlik ja aeglaselt taastuv. Klientide ostukäitumine oli ebakindel, jätkus maksude tõus ja hinnakonkurents on tihe ning pingeline.

      2025. aastal kujunes OÜ Cerbos müügituluks 3,07 milj eurot, mis oli 59 tuhat eurot vähem kui 2024. aastal.

      Müügitulust moodustas 98% müük Eestisse ja 2% müük teistesse EL riikidesse.

      2025.aasta ärikasumiks kujunes 70 tuh eurot, mis oli 24 tuh eurot vähem kui eelmisel majandusaastal.

      Ärikasumi ja müügitulu languse põhjuseks olid peamiselt üldine turunõudluse langus.

      Ettevõte investeeris põhivarasse 85 tuh eurot, mis oli 136 tuh eurot vähem kui 2024.aastal. 2026.aastal olulisi investeeringuid ei plaanita.

      OÜ Cerbos keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 17 töötajat. 2025. aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 587 tuh eurot. Võrreldes 2024. aastaga tööjõukulud vähenesid 5% võrra.

      Ettevõtte peamine eesmärk on endiselt kasvada kasumlikult ning tugevdada veelgi oma müüki ja teenuseid üle Eesti. Pakkuda turuvajadusele vastavaid kvaliteetseid tooteid ja teenuseid ning küttelahendusi.

      Majanduskeskkonna muutustest tingitud mõju ettevõtte finantstulemustele ning äritegevusega seotud olulisi keskkonna ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid ei ole teada.
