      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Cerbos pakub kaasaegseid energiasäästlikke küttelahendusi ja teenindust ning ettevõte väärtustab pikaajalist koostööd, usaldust ja kvaliteeti.

      Ettevõtte peamised tegevusvaldkonnad on: (cid:127) soojustehniliste seadmete paigaldamine ja hooldus; (cid:127) soojus- ja sanitaartehniliste materjalide ning seadmete hulgimüügi-, import- ja eksporttehingud; 2024.aasta müügitulu langus on põhiliselt seotud üldise majanduskeskkonna jahenemisega. Klientide otsustusprotsessid on pikemaks veninud, ostujõud vähenenud ning turul hinnakonkurents tihenenud.

      2024. aastal kujunes OÜ Cerbos müügituluks 3,13 milj eurot, mis oli 0,2 milj eurot vähem kui 2023. aastal.

      Müügitulust moodustas 97% müük Eestisse ja 3% müük teistesse EL riikidesse.

      2024.aasta ärikasumiks kujunes 94 tuh eurot, mis oli 83 tuh eurot vähem kui eelmisel majandusaastal.

      Ärikasumi ja müügitulu languse põhjuseks olid peamiselt üldise turunõudluse langus.

      Ettevõte investeeris põhivarasse 221 tuh eurot, mis oli 151 tuh eurot rohkem kui 2023.aastal. 2025.aastal olulisi investeeringuid ei plaanita.

      OÜ Cerbos keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 17 töötajat. 2024. aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 618 tuh eurot. Võrreldes 2023. aastaga tööjõukulud suurenesid 2% võrra.

      Ettevõtte peamine eesmärk on endiselt kasvada kasumlikult ning tugevdada veelgi oma müüki ja teenuseid üle Eesti. Pakkuda turuvajadusele vastavaid kvaliteetseid tooteid ja teenuseid ning küttelahendusi.

      Majanduskeskkonna muutustest tingitud mõju ettevõtte finantstulemustele ning äritegevusega seotud olulisi keskkonna ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid ei ole teada.
