      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Roni Rem põhitegevuseks on puitmaterjalide töötlemine, sh kuivatamine. Ettevõtte ärimudel on tööstuslik allhange mööblitootjatele, valmistades neile peamiselt kasest liimpuitdetaile.

      27.11.2017 sõlmiti aktsiate ostu-müügileping, mille kohaselt on 100% uueks osaühingu omanikuks OÜ Harviker (regkood 10325973) Tamme,

      Jaluse küla, Rapla vald, 79411 RAPLAMAA.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeaasta netokäive on 1682 tuh eurot (2023 - 2078 tuh eurot), sh mööblidetaili müük moodustab 97%, teenuste müük 2% ja muu müük 1% käibest. Võrreldes 2023. aastaga on netokäive vähenenud 396 tuh eurot. Käibest moodustab eksport 49,2% (827 tuh eurot) ja müük Eestis 50,8% (855 tuh eurot). Ekspordi osa käibes on võrreldes 2023. aastaga suurenenud 35%. Ainus ekspordi sihtriik oli USA (827 tuh eurot).

      Ettevõtte ärikahjumiks kujunes 122 tuh eurot (2023- kahjum 206 tuh eurot) ja puhaskahjumiks 126 tuh eurot (2023 – kahjum 214 tuh eurot).

      Ettevõtte põhivarade kulum ja väärtuse langus oli 2024. aastal 55 tuh eurot (2023 - 58 tuh eurot).
