Tegevusaruanne 2025

Aktsiaselts FEB on 1991. aastal asutatud sanitaartehnika, kütte- ja ventilatsioonisüsteemide, tööriistade ja nõrkvoolusüsteemide hulgi- ja jaemüügi ettevõte.

FEB-il on oma müügikett üle Eesti. Sõltumata müügikeskuse asukohast on nii teenindus, tootevalik kui ka sise- ja väliskujundus sarnased.

Ühtse ilmega FEBi müügiesindused on külastajatele tuttavad nii Tallinnas kui Tartus, Pärnus, Rakveres, Narvas ja Viijandis.

2025. aastal oli AS FEB-i müügitulu 42 945 tuhat eurot (2024: 43 247), mis on 0,7% vähem kui 2024. aastal. Seejuures 94.4% kaubast müüdi

Eestis.

AS FEB-i 2025. aasta majandustegevuse puhaskasumiks kujunes 1 217 tuhat eurot (2024: 1 093). Ettevõtte varade bilansiline maksumus vähenes 2025. aasta jooksul 487 tuhat eurot ja moodustas 29 164 tuhat eurot (2024 : 29 651 ). Omakapital vähenes aastaga 283 tuhat eurot, moodustades 23 713 tuhat eurot (2024: 23 996). 2025.aastal maksti omanikule dividende summas 1 500 tuhat eurot.

2025. aastal investeeriti materiaalsesse ja immateriaalsesse põhivarasse 334 tuhat eurot. Aruandeaastal müüdi endise omandatud ettevõtte

Vaga Tehnika kinnistu aadressil Akadeemia tee 39.

AS FEB-il on kolmeliikmeline nõukogu ja üheliikmeline juhatus. Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele aruandeaastal tasusid ei makstud. Tegevjuhile makstud tasu oli 80 (2024: 81) tuhat eurot.

Keskmine töötajate arv aruandeperioodil oli 123 (2024: 124) ja töötajate töötasu üldsumma oli 3 226 (2024: 3 199) tuhat eurot.

Alates 2006. aasta septembrist on AHLSELL SVERIGE AB 100% AS FEB aktsiate omanik.

2026. aastal jätkab AS FEB sanitaartehnika, kütte- ja ventilatsioonisüsteemide, tööriistade, elektri ja nõrkvoolu toodete müümist.

2026.aastal ei ole plaanis suuremaid investeeringuid materiaalsesse põhivarasse.

Partneritega väljaspool Euroopa Liitu arveldatakse peamiselt EUR-des või siis vähesel määral ka nende riikide kohalikus valuutas, peamiselt

Rootsi kroonides, Inglise naelades või USA dollarites. Võimalik risk valuutakursi kõikumisest tekib arveldamisest nende riikide kohalikes valuutades, kuid nimetatud riikide osakaal ei ole kogu müügi ja ostude suhtes nii suur, et võimalikud kursimuudatused avaldaksid olulist mõju ettevõtte majandustegevusele. Nimetatud riikide valuutad on ajalooliselt olnud euro suhtes üsna stabiilsed. Ajalooliselt ei ole omanud kursimuutused ettevõtte finantstulemustele olulist mõju.

Ettevõte püstitab keskkonnasäästlike tegevustele eesmärgid ja jälgib nende eesmärkide täitmist. Peamiseks eesmärgiks on keskkonnaalase jalajälje vähendamine, k.a CO2 saaste ja energia kasutamise vähendamine, s.h taastuvenergia kasutamise suurendamine (nt päikeseenergia), materjalide taaskasutamine, jäätmete liikide kaupa kogumine ja utiliseerimine (s.h pakendiringluse seaduse täitmine). Olles ka sotsiaalselt vastutav ettevõte, toetame Eestis aktiivseil huvitegevust ja professionaalset sporti.

FEB AS tegutseb ehitussektoris, mis on osaliselt hooajaline ning talvekuudel täheldatakse müügitulu vähenemist.

Praegune majanduskeskkond avaldab olulist mõju ettevõtte tegevusele ja tulemustele, eriti ehitusturu kontekstis. Kui majandus on tugevalt mõjutatud näiteks ebakindlusest, intressimääradest või poliitilisest olukorrast, võib see vähendada klientide valmisolekut investeerida ehitusprojektidesse või võib mõjutada nende võimet seda teha.
