      Sissejuhatus

      AS GMP GRUPP põhitegevus on kinnisvara ost-müük, arendamine, rentimine, toitlustamine ja sellega seonduv tegevus, transportteenused ja majutusteenused.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeperioodil investeeriti materiaalsesse põhivarasse, lõpetamata ehitisse ja kinnisvarasse, samuti pikaajalistesse finantsinvesteeringutesse.

      Müüdi ja likvideeriti erinevaid varasid.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum(kahjum) 2024.a ettevõtte müügitulu vähenes võrreldes 2023 majandusaastaga 18,74%.

      2024.a majandustegevuse olulised mõjutajad olid samad, mis Eesti analoogsetes ettevõtetes tervikuna.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Ettevõttel on plaanis lähiajal jätkata ja arendada senist tegevussuunda ning täita õigeaegselt kõik kohustused.
