      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ EMP A&I on tegutsenud alates 01.09.1992.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on: 1. Arhitektuurne projekteerimine ja nõustamine.

      2. Ehituslik insenertehniline projekteerimine ja nõustamine.

      Ettevõtte müügitulust moodustab 100% arhitektuur-ehituslik, insener-tehniline projekteerimine.

      Alltöövõttu kasutatakse peamiselt ehitusgeoloogia-geodeesia uuringute teostamisel, teede ja gaasi projekteerimisel, eelarvete koostamisel ja paljundus-köitmistöödel. Lisaks kasutatakse alltöövõttu ka muude eriosade projekteerimisel kui ettevõttel endal puudub hetkel vaba ressurss.

      2023 aasta olulisemad projekteerimisobjektid olid järgmised: 1. Viis hakkepuidu katlamaja üle Eesti (tööprojekti staadiumis); 2. Kaitseliidu Pärnumaa maleva STK ehitised; 3. Kaks koolihoonet Läänemaal; 4. Saaremaa Vallavalitsuse hoone; 5. Ääsmäe Spordihoone.

      Majandustegevus 2023.aastal võrreldes 2022.aastaga oli alljärgnev: 2023 2022

      Müügitulu 920,2 tuh. EUR 657,4 tuh. EUR

      Tööjõukulu üldsumma 248,4 tuh. EUR 216,9 tuh. EUR

      Töötajate keskmine arv 8 8

      Ärikulud kokku 912,7 tuh. EUR 649,8 tuh. EUR

      Aruandeaasta kasum 7,6 tuh. EUR 7,5 tuh. EUR

      Müügitulu suurenes 40 % võrra ja ärikulud suurenesid 40 % võrra.

      Aruandeaasta lõpetamine kasumiga on saavutatud tänu kulutuste kontrolli all hoidmisega.

      Juhatuse liikmele eraldi tasu ei makstud.

      Ettevõtte 2024 aasta põhieesmärkideks on: 1. Jätkata samadel põhitegevusaladel ning suurendada ettevõtte (oma)käivet; 2. Tõsta töötajate kvalifikatsiooni läbi osalemise ülikoolide, erialaliitude ja muude organisatsioonide poolt pakutavatel koolitustel ning sisekoolitustel; 3. Tõsta töötajate rahulolu parendades töökeskkonda ning jätkates tehnilise keskkonna ja töövahendite täiendamist.

      4. Minimeerida tegevusest tulenevaid negatiivseid keskkonnamõjusid.
