      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      OÜ EMP A&I on tegutsenud alates 01.09.1992.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevusteks on:arhitektuurse ja insenertehnilise projekteerimise ning nõustamise teenuste osutamine.

      Alltöövõtjatelt tellitakse vajaduse korral projekteerimis-, eelprojektide koostamise ja projekteerimise juhtimise teenuseid ning paindliku tööjõuressursi tagamiseks kasutatakse ka muid eriosade projekteerimise teenuseid.

      2025. aastal jätkus ettevõtte tegevus peamiselt arhitektuuri- ja insenertehnilise projekteerimise ning nõustamise valdkonnas.

      Ettevõtte müügitulu oli 2025. aastal 652 405 eurot, võrreldes 2024. aasta 783 514 euroga. Müügitulu vähenes võrreldes eelmise aastaga ligikaudu 17% võrra. Ärikulud vähenesid samal ajal ligikaudu 15% võrra. Tööjõukulud suurenesid ligikaudu 2% võrra ning töötajate keskmine arv vähenes võrreldes eelmise aastaga ühe võrra, olles 2025. aastal 7 töötajat.

      Aruandeaasta lõpetati 4 euro suuruse kasumiga.

      Ettevõtte 2026. aasta põhieesmärkideks on jätkata senistel põhitegevusaladel, hoida kulud kontrolli all ning parandada ettevõtte kasumlikkust.
