      KELKORAAS EHITUS AS algatas 17.08.2016 saneerimise ja kohe peale seda pani huugama oma kinnisvara – 01.09.2016. aasta seisuga on toimunud ettevõttel 7 kinnistu registriosa eemaldamine HANSASTOCK OÜ-le, mille eesotsas on 6 korral kriminaalselt karistatud isik Rasmus Mürk.  Saneerija sai müügist hiljem teada ja tänaseks on saneerimine tühistatud. Algatatud on hoopis pankrot. Ettevõttel on muide hingel rohkem kui 32 000 euro eest eravõlgu. Siin see põnevuslugu aga ei lõpe. KELKORAAS EHITUS AS kandis varasemalt nime KEK-I EHITUS AS. Nimevahetus toimus 05.06.2017 ja nädal hiljem võttis SIIVO OÜ endale nimeks KEK-I EHITUS OÜ. Selle osaühingu eesotsa oli hiljuti asunud Toomas Kaaret, kel varasemad seosed probleemsete RÄGA OÜ ja FACIO EHITUSE OÜ-ga. KEK-I EHITUS nime vabanemise ja võtmise vahele jäänud lühike aeg annab alust kahelda lihtsas kokkusattumuses.  Kindlalt ei saa me muidugi midagi väita, kuid kel huvi, võib SIIVO OÜ-l ehk uue nimega KEK-I EHITUS OÜ-l silma peal hoida.
