WENDRE AS

WENDRE AS fincial year ended 31 December 2025 was characterised by continued revenue growth and a strong international position. Profitability and overall financial performance were adversely affected by continued weak market conditions, characterised by excess capacity, pricing pressure and declining margins.

During the year, significant investments were made in machinery and organisational capacity to support the Group's long-term growth ambitions, including the restructuring and strengthening of the sales organisation through the centalisation of the sales function.

These investments are expected to deliver positive results over the medium to long term, particularly as WENDRE AS continues to broaden its customer base, the Group successfully mitigated a substantial portion of the adverse market impact. This was supported in part by continued investments in the Group's proprietary retial operations and the ongoing development of its e-commerce platforms. Margines are expected to improve as brand awareness increases and consumer confidence in the company's online platforms continues to strengthen.

During the year, WENDRE AS manufacture 3.5 million duvets and 5.3 million pillows, representing a significant increase compared with previous years. Within th ebedding segmant, production reached 115,906 units, including bed bases, mattresses and headboards, corresponding to a doubling of volumes compared to 2024.

In 2025, a new production line for recycling of production waste was commissioned. The investmnet enhances resource efficiency and further strengthens the Group's long-term commitment to circularity and sustainability operations.

During 2026, further investmnets will be made in production equipment relating to a partially new product catagory. These investments are expected to contribute gradually to improved profitability and strengthen competitiveness.

The Group continues to prioritize measures aimed at improving profitability through enhanced operational efficiency, investments in automation and business process development, and by further strengthening its market presence.
