      Aasta oli üsna tavaline. Kindlasti mõjutas müüki Suzuki uute mudelite puudus. Sama tendentsi oli märgata ka teistel Euroopa turgudel.

      Ramo AS peab oma poõhiulesandeks võimalikult hästi teenindada Eesti Suzuki omanikke nii hoolduse kui ka varuosade poolest.

      On suurenenud varuosade müük ka teist marki mootorratastele , kuna meie imporditavad varuosad on odavamad. Seda just

      Off Road rataste osas.

      Positiivne on,et suurem osa klientidest ,kes on kauplustesse tulnud ja edasimüüjad ,kes on saatnud tellimuse,saavad kohe rahuldatud 80% ulatuses.

      Võitsime ka PPA lepingu mootorrataste,mootorsaanide ja ATV-de hooldusele,remondile ja varuosade tarnimisele järgmiseks kolmeks aastaks.

      Järgmisel aastal tahame panna enam rõhku teeninduse kvaliteedi tõstmisele ja klientide rahulolu suurendamisele.
