      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024.aasta OÜ VALLEY müügitulu langes 2023.aastaga võrreldes 18%.

      Valley OÜ põhitegevusalaks on eritellimusel valminud naturaalsest materjalist käsitöövaibad. 2024 aasta esimese kvartali müügitulu oli eelmise aastaga võrreldes samas suurusjärgus, kuid nagu oli oodata, tekkis langus teises kvartalis. Tagasilöögid tulid peamiselt Prantsusmaa,

      Saksamaa ja Itaalia turgudelt.

      Märtsi lõpus sulgesime Narva kaupluse ja sellega seoses koondasime kolm müüjat. Septembris avasime Vändras uue vabriku poe suuruses 340m2.

      2024.a. planeeritud lao ümberehitus vaipade kudumisruumiks jätkus, vaid osalised viimistlustööd jäid aastasse 2025. seega saime kokku lisaks 640 ruutmeetrit tootmispinda.

      2024. aastal me ei osalenud rahvusvahelistel messidel, vaid meie inimesed külastasid erinevaid näitusi Prantsusmaal, Saksamaal, Poolas ja

      Rootsis. Kahjuks on külalisena raske leida uusi kontakte, seega planeerime aastal 2025 osaleda Frankfurdis Heimtextile messil.

      2024. aasta lõpus töötas OÜ VALLEYS 43 inimest , neist oma kauplustes ( Jõhvis, ja Vändras) kokku 4 inimest.

      OÜ VALLEY äritegevus ei ole hooajaline, äriühingu majandustegevus ei ole tsükliline ning majandustegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskkonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid. OÜ Valley liisingukohustised on seotud Euriboriga ning selle muutusel ei ole täiendavat olulist mõju ettevõtte intressikuludele kasumiaruandes. Arveldamine on enamasti eurodes ja seega valuutakursside muutumisega seonduvaid riske ei ole.

      OÜ VALLEY müügitulu oli 2024. aastal oli 2 745 534 eurot, millest moodustas: 86% - käsitaftingvaipade tootmine ja müük 4% - hulgikaubandus 10% - jaekaubandus

      Kogu müügitulust moodustas: 19% - müük Eestis 81 % - müük EU riikidesse ja väljapoole
