      JÄRLE AS  näol on tegemist järjekordse Oliver Kruuda äpardusega. 3 aprillil kustutati lõpuks registrist ettevõte, mis tegi oma viimase hingetõmbe juba mitu head aastat tagasi.
      • Asutatud: 1996. aastal
      • Maksuvõlg: 25 726 eurot
      • Võlad tarnijatele: 691 eurot
      • Kustutatud: 2018. aastal
      See pagaritööstus peatas tootmise juba 2011. aastal. Viimase majandusaasta aruande esitas ettevõte 2009. aastal kui Eesti vaevles veel majanduskriisis. Maksuvõlg on üleval alates 2010. aastast. JÄRLE AS omanik oli LUTERMA AS, mis läks pankrotti ja kustutati registrist 2017. aasta mais. Enamusosalust ettevõttes LUTERMA AS kontrollis Oliver Kruuda, kes oli ka aastatel 2000 kuni 2017 ettevõtte ainus juhatuse liige. Kruuda tegutseb aga edasi. Näiteks juhib ta KR JUHTIMISTEENUSE AS-’i, mis tegeleb ärinõustamisega. Kes tahaks talle aga juhtimisnõuannete eest maksta? Nagu arvata, on ka see aktsiaselts hädas 20 038 euro suuruse maksuvõlaga. Majandusaasta aruande esitas KR JUHTIMISTEENUSE AS viimati  2008. aastal. See oli aeg, mil Valges Majas elas veel George W. Bush, kes tagantjärgi tundub täitsa mõistliku mehena. Aruandlusega on hädas ka Kruuda juhitud KIOSK24 OÜ, KÖÖK24 OÜ ja RUBLA AS.
