      Sissejuhatus

      AS Erapuit põhitegevusalaks on kuivatatud, kalibreeritud ja tugevussorteeritud ehitusliku saematerjali tootmine.

      Toodame karkassimaterjali pikkuses kuni 7,2 meetrit ning ristlõikega kuni 100x300mm.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeaastal moodustas AS Erapuit müügitulu kokku 1 961 023 eurot, eelneval aastal oli müügitulu 1 468 415 eurot.

      Aruandeaastal moodustas AS Erapuit müügitulust müük Eestisse 99 %, ühendusesisene käive 1%.

      Eelneval aastal Eestisse 89% ja ühendusesisene käive 11%

      Personal

      AS Erapuit keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 10 töötajat. Aruandeaasta tööjõukulud olid kokku 313 157 eurot. Eelneval aastal oli töötajaid 10 ja tööjõu kulud kokku 295 394 eurot.

      Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele ei ole nende tagasikutsumisel või ametist lahkumisel täiendavaid tasusid ning soodustusi ette nähtud.

      Aruandekuupäeva seisuga ei vastanud ettevõtte omakapital äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele.

      Ettevõtte toomistegevus on aruande koostamise ajaks peatatud ning juhatus ja aktsionärid tegelevad aktiivselt uue omaniku, investori või koostööpartneri leidmisega.

      Ettevõtte omakapitali taastamiseks kaalutakse erinevaid meetmeid, sh vajaduse korral ettevõtte vastu olevate aktsionäride nõuete konventeerimist omakapitali koosseisu.

      Seotud isikud on ettevõtet pärast aruandekuupäeva täiendavalt finantseerinud, et tagada ettevõtte kolmandate isikute ees olevate kohustiste nõuetekohane täitmine. Juhatus jätkab ettevõtte finantsseisundi ja maksevõime jälgimist ning rakendab vajaduse korral täiendavaid meetmeid omakapitali ja likviidsuse taastamiseks.
