      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Brevell alustas tegevust 1997. aastal. Ettevõtte peamiseks tegevusvaldkonnaks on varasematel aastatel olnud peamiselt mitmesugused kaeve- ja mullatööd ning üldehitus- ja renoveerimistööd, viimastel aastatel on tegeletud rohkem põllumajanduslike teenustööde osutamisega (abistavad tegevused taime- ja loomakasvatusele) ja põllumajandusmasinate ja -seadmete remondi ja hooldustöödega.

      Ettevõtte netokäive aastate lõikes on olnud järgmine:

      2024.a. majandustegevus lõppes kahjumiga summas 3454 eurot.

      Kuna majandusaasta lõpus on omakapital osaühingus alla nõutava taseme (vähem kui pool osakapitalist), on järgneval majandusaastal kavas intensiivistada teenuste pakkumist, et taastada omakapitali nõutav tase. Selleks on olemas masinad ja seadmed ning on tegeletud aktiivselt uute klientide otsimisega. Samuti on olemas suured kogemused väga erinevate tööde teostamiseks.

      2024.a. majandusaasta aruande esitamise ajaks selgunud tulemused ja olemasolevad prognoosid lubavad loota majandustulemuste paranemist 2025. majandusaastal.

      Ettevõtte järgnevate aastate tegevusprognoosides on kavas jätkuvalt tegeleda põllumajanduslike teenustööde osutamisega, põllumajandusmasinate hooldus- ja remonditöödega, samuti kaevetööde ja mitmesuguste ehitustöödega. Võimalusel jätkatakse investeeringute tegemist masinatesse ja seadmetesse.

      Ettevõtte 2024.a. keskmine töötajate arv oli 2 (kaks) inimest.

      Ettevõtte juhatus on üheliikmeline, juhatuse liikmele töötasu ei arvestatud.
