      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025. aasta oli THUKA NORDWOOD AS-i jaoks oluline muutuste ja ümberkorralduste aasta.

      Ettevõte jätkas tegevust mööbli tootmise valdkonnas ning keskendus tootmise stabiilsuse, kvaliteedi ja ekspordivõimekuse hoidmisele. Aasta jooksul toimus oluline organisatsiooniline muutus, ettevõte liitus Nordwoodi saetööstuse grupiga ning senine ärinimi Flexa Eesti AS muudeti nimeks THUKA NORDWOOD AS ja ettevõtte omanikuks sai Viiratsi Saeveski AS.

      2025. aasta peamised prioriteedid olid tootmise efektiivsuse parandamine, klientide teenindustaseme hoidmine ning ettevõtte järgmise kasvufaasi ettevalmistamine. Jätkuvalt pöörati tähelepanu kulude juhtimisele, tööprotsesside arendamisele ja investeeringute kavandamisele.

      2025. aasta lõi alusbaasi ettevõtte edasiseks arenguks, konkurentsivõime tugevdamiseks ning ekspordisuutlikkuse kasvatamiseks järgmistel aastatel.
