      Ettevõtte ei tegelenud enam kaubaveoga, mis on olnud ettevõttele viimastel aastatel kahjumlik. 2024.a. on tegeletud uute tegevusalade otsimistega, kuid sobilikku ja kasumlikku äritegevust ei ole leidnud.

      Seega on osanikud otsustanud OÜ Sooäär tegevuse lõpetada 2025.aastal.
