      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Lukukoda põhitegevus on endiselt lukukaupade jae- ja hulgimüük koos paigalduse ning hooldusega, lukustuse ja ukseautomaatika projektide teostamine.

      Tulud, kulud ja tulem 2023. aastal kujunes ettevõtte käibeks 148 tuhat ( 2022. a 180 tuh) eurot.

      2023. aastal oli müügikahjum 12 tuh eurot (2022. a kasum 21) eurot. 2023. aastal jätkasid tööd frantsiisilepingu alusel töötavad kauplused Tallinnas, Viljandis ja Pärnus.

      Juhatus koosneb 1 liikmest, kes on ettevõtte tegevjuhiks. Tegevjuhi palgafond 2023. aastal 13 235 ( 2022. a 13 669) eurot.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks 2024. aastal jätkavad tööd frantsiisilepingute alusel töötavad kauplused Viljandis ja Pärnus. Tallinna kauplus lõpeas tegevuse.

      2024. aastal suuri muudatusi ettevõtte tegevuses ette näha ei ole.
