      NT Bunkering AS-i ainuomanik on Baltic Sea Bunkering OÜ.

      NT Bunkering AS omab 100% osaluse ettevõttetes Navirail OÜ, Welton Enterprises OÜ. Juhatuse otsusega 2024.aastal vähendati tütarettevõtte Navirail OÜ investeeringute maksumust ja kajastati NT Bunkering AS jaotamata kasumis.

      NT Bunkering AS ei ole koostanud konsolideeritud raamatupidamise aastaaruannet, kuna 100% tema osadest kuuluvad Eestis registreeritud emaettevõttele Baltic Sea Bunkering OÜ, mis koostab ja avalikustab seaduste kohaselt konsolideeritud auditeeritud majandusaasta aruande.

      Tegevuskond ja arenguväljavaated

      Ettevõtte tegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskkonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid. Ettevõtte majandustegevus vastab aga rahvusvaheliste merendus- ja keskkonnaalaste kokkulepete nõudeid. NT Bunkering AS äritegevuses puudub oluline hooajalisus või tsüklilisus.

      Aruandeperioodile järgneval perioodil avaldavad majandustegevusele peamist mõju sanktsioonireeglid, mis kehtestas EL seoses Ukraina sündmustega. Vaatamata sellele, et need nõuded ja piirangud mõjutavad tugevalt kogu turgu, ettevõte mitte ainult ei säilita stabiilset turupositsiooni, vaid ka areneb edukalt.
