      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Numen Ehitus on aktiivselt ehitusturul tegutsenud alates 1995.aastast.

      OÜ Numen Ehitus põhitegevuseks on hoonete sisemised sanitaartehnilised tööd - kütte- ventilatsiooni, veetorustiku ja sanitaarseadmete paigaldus.

      Põhiline ehituspiirkond on jätkuvalt Lõuna Eesti.

      Arengu- ja uurimisväljaminekuid 2024.a. ei tehtud ja vastavaid väljaminekuid ei ole ka järgnevaks majandusaastaks planeeritud.

      2024. ei olnud firma osaline üheski kohtumenetluses ei hageja ega kostjana.

      Töötajate arv aruandeaasta lõpul oli 16 ning nende palkade kogusumma oli 199 802 eurot (2023.a.211 720 eurot)

      Järgnevaks aruandeaastaks on osanike hinnangul väga raske prognoose teha, kõige olulisem eesmärk on ehitusturule püsima jääda.

      Alltöövõtjana on probleemiks ehitushinnad ning kvalifitseeritud tööjõu nappus.
