      OÜ Kuga asutati 1997. aastal. Asutamisest alates on põhitegevusalaks olnud Poolas toodetud mööbli jaemüük.

      Aruandeaastal jätkus tavapärane müügitegevus.

      2018. a. tehti algust e-kaubandusega, mis on võimaldanud klientidel tellida mööblit interneti vahendusel.

      Müügikäive, võrreldel eelmiste aastatega, on ka aruandeaastal jätkuvalt pisut langenud, kuna tihe konkurents mööblikaubanduses on sundinud hoidma müügihindu madalamal tasemel olukorras, kus sisseostetud teenuste hinnad ning ka palgakulud on kasvanud.

      2025.a. olulisi muudatusi majandustegevuses planeeritud ei ole. Jätkatakse samal tegevusalal.
