      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ JOTE Eesti on ettevõte, mille ajalugu ulatub tagasi 1991. aastasse, mil see asutati AS CAF nime all. 1995. aastal ühines ettevõte JOT Automation Group'iga ning 1997. aastal registreeriti ettevõte ärinimena OÜ JOTE Eesti. Täna on OÜ JOTE Eesti Soome ettevõtte JOT Automation Ltd. 100%-line tütarettevõte, mis tegeleb peamiselt tootmisautomaatika seadmete konstrueerimise ja valmistamisega. OÜ JOTE Eesti tegevus on suunatud maailma juhtivatele elektroonika- ja autotööstuse ettevõtetele. Sellest tulenevalt on ettevõte otseselt seotud ka kõigi globaalselt turult toimuvate muudatustega. Turgude ja toodete muutumine eelnimetatud tööstusharudes, eriti telekommunikatsiooniturul (tugev kasv nutiseadmete valdkonnas), on muutnud ka ettevõtte tegevussuundi. 2024. aasta finantsseisundi ja majandustegevuse hindamisel on OÜ JOTE Eesti strateegiline fookus jätkuvalt ellu viia konserni strateegiat tööstusautomaatika seadmete tootearendusel, disainiteenuste ja prototüüpide arendamisel. 2022. aasta veebruaris alustas Venemaa sissetungi Ukrainasse, mis on mõjutanud majandust kogu maailmas, sealhulgas ka Eestis. Peamine mõju ettevõtte majandustegevusele seisneb jätkuvas materjalide hinnakasvus ning tellimuste kättesaadavuses. 2023. aastal lõppes JOT Grupi kontsernis kahjumiga ning ajalooliselt madala tellimuste arvuga. Seetõttu oli kontsern sunnitud muutma organisatsiooni struktuuri et reageerida kontserni olukorrale ja tulude vähendamisele adekvaatselt. Seoses sellega vaadati üle ka JOTE Eesti ettevõtte struktuur ning kulud. 2024. aasta oli jätkuvalt pingeline, tellimuste vähenemine, ootamatused maailmaturul, jätkuv materjalide hinnakasv ja kättesaadavus viis JOT Grupi kontserni kahjumisse. Sellest hoolimata suutsime hoida oma äritegevust ja tagada tarned klientidele. Peamised suhtarvud 2024. aastal olid järgmised: müügitulu (tuh. eurodes) oli 3244 (võrreldes 3947-ga 2023. aastal), kahjum (tuh. eurodes) oli -333 (võrreldes -96-ga 2023. aastal), lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) oli 8,4 (võrreldes 4,1-ga 2023. aastal), ROA (%) oli -12,2 (võrreldes -2,6-ga 2023. aastal) ja ROE (%) oli -4,0 (võrreldes -13,8-ga 2023. aastal). Suhtarvude arvutamisel kasutatud valemite hulka kuuluvad: lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) = käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused, ROA (%) = puhaskasum / varad kokku * 100 ja ROE (%) = puhaskasum / omakapital kokku * 100.
