      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      OÜ JOT Eesti asutati 1991. aastal AS CAF nime all. 1995. aastal ühineti JOT Automation Group’iga ning 1997. aastal registreeriti ettevõte ärinimena OÜ JOT

      Eesti. Täna on OÜ JOT Eesti Soome emaettevõtte JOT Automation Oy 100%-line tütarettevõte ning tegeleb põhitegevusena tootmisautomaatika seadmete konstrueerimise ja valmistamisega.

      OÜ JOT Eesti tegevus on suunatud maailma juhtivatele elektroonika- ja autotööstuse ettevõtetele ja sellest tulenevalt on otseselt seotud ka kõigi globaalsel turul toimuvate muudatustega. Turgude ja toodete muutumine eelnimetatud tööstusharudes, eriti telekommunikatsiooni turul (tugev kasv nutiseadmete valdkonnas) on muutnud ka ettevõtte tegevussuundi.

      Tegevused ja asjaolud 2025. aasta finantsseisundi ja majandustegevuse hindamisel

      OÜ JOT Eestis strateegiline fookus on jätkuvalt ellu viia kontserni strateegiat tööstusautomaatika seadmete tootearendusel disainiteenuste ja prototüüpide arendamisel.

      2024. aasta, mis oli pingeline tellimuste vähenemise tõttu ja viis JOT Grupi kahjumisse oli siiski äritegevuse jätkamise suhtes positiivne.

      2025. aasta algas mahukate tellimustega, mis hõivasid ettevõtte ressursid juba aasta esimestest päevadest. Nende tellimuste täitmine jätkub ka järgneval majandusaastal.

      Suhtarvude arvutamisel kasutatud valemid:

      Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) = käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused

      ROA (%) = puhaskasum / varad kokku * 100

      ROE (%) = puhaskasum / omakapital kokku * 100

      Töötajad 2025. aastal töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt 24 töötajat (2024. aastal 25 töötajat), kellele arvestati töötasusid kokku summas 1 513 tuhat eurot (2024. aastal 1 191 tuhat eurot).

      OÜ JOT Eesti juhatus koosneb JOT Automation kontserni juhtivtöötajatest ning juhatuse esimehena tegutseb JOT Automation Oy CEO. Ettevõtte juhatuse liikmete tööd ei tasustata; samuti ei ole ette nähtud kompensatsiooni juhatusest tagasikutsumisel või ametist lahkumisel.

      2026. aasta äritegevus 2026. aasta väljavaated on paljulubavad, kuna aasta algas suurte tellimustega, mis juhivad meie tegevust. Aasta peamiseks väljakutseks saab olema nende tellimuste tähtaegade täitmine, materjalide tarneaegade haldamine ja kulude kontrollimine.

      Jätkame ka 2026. aastal oma koostööd nii elektroonikatööstuse kui ka taastuvenergiaga seotud firmadega. Meie peamine fookus on praeguste suurte tellimuste täitmisel ning aktiivsel uute klientide otsimisel ja hankimisel, et oma äritegevust laiendada.

      JOT Eesti OÜ on Soome emaettevõtte JOT Automation Oy tütarettevõte ning ettevõtte peamised finantsriskid – sealhulgas valuutarisk, IT- ja küberturvalisuse risk, kliendi- ja tururisk ning geopoliitilised riskid – hallatakse ja maandatakse kontserni tasandil.
