OÜ ITAK or Assistive Technology Center was established in 1994 for the purpose of supplying and servicing assistive and care devices for people with disabilities and the elderly in Estonia. Our main goal over the years has been to provide high-quality and functionally suitable assistive devices for people with disabilities, including children and the elderly, welfare institutions, children's educational and welfare institutions, and medical and rehabilitation centers. To ensure better availability of services, a service network has been established with a center in Tartu and service points
In Jõhvi, Narva, Jõgeva, Viljandi, Võru, Põlva, Valga, Tallinn. In 2022, an additional 8 service points were added across Estonia, for the first time in the Ahtme and Keila regions. In 2022, ITAK OÜ also started selling orthoses.

The main activity of OÜ ITAK in 2022 was still the rental and sale of assistive, care and rehabilitation aids to people with disabilities and the elderly. OÜ ITAK has entered into an agreement with the Social Insurance Board and the Health Insurance Fund for the sale and rental of assistive devices on preferential terms.
