      Miskort AS põhitegevusalaks on ümarpuidu ost- ja müük ning oma metsakinnistutelt ümarmaterjali ülestöötamine.

      Miskort AS omab mitut kinnisvaraobjekti, mida renditakse klientidele.

      Äritegevuse ülevaade

      AS Miskort põhilisteks tegevusaladeks olid 2025. aastal ümarmaterjali müük ja kinnisvara üürile andmine ning kinnisvara haldamisega seotud teenused. Lisaks sellele tegeleb Miskort AS veel heina müügi ja metsakinnistute ostu- ja müügi ning nende säästliku majandamisega. Suurt tähelepanu pööratakse metsa uuendamisele, et tagada metsa parem juurdekasv. 2025. aastal teostati kinnistutel valgustusraideid ja teisi metsahooldustöid ning metsauuendusi, et tagada jätkusuutlik ja säästev pikaajaline metsade kasv ja majandamine.

      2025 aastal oli Miskort AS müügitulu 1 063 552 eurot.

      2026.a. prioriteediks kujuneb kinnisvarainvesteeringute rent , ümarmaterjali ja kasvava metsa ülestöötamine ning müük ja metsakinnistute soetamine. Samuti plaanib ettevõte jätkata metsamaa portfelli kasumliku ja heaperemeheliku majandamisega.
