      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Semako Romulad põhitegevusalaks on romusõidukite keskkonnasõbralik käitlemine. Osaühing on Eesti Lammutuskodade Liidu (MTÜ ELV) liige. Sõidukite liiklusregistrist kustutamine toimub kohapeal. Romusõidukeid kogutakse maakonna piires puksiirabi autoga. Teenused, mida pakutakse: puksiir- ja autoabi, veoteenus, kopp-laaduri teenus, autode remont ja osade müük. Juba 16 aastat on osaühing Respo haagiste edasimüüja Jõgevamaal. Läbi koostööpartnerite OÜ Roheline Laine ja OÜ RedGo pakutakse ööpäevaringset autoabi ja puksiirteenust enamikele Eesti kindlustusseltsidele ja autoesindustele.

      2024.aasta majandusaasta lõpetati kasumiga. Käive oli 177,2 tuhat eurot. Kõige suurema osa käibest moodustasid kasutatud autoosade ja vanaraua müük.

      2024.a. soetati kinnistu Jõgeva linna. Sügisel renditi mõned ruumid osaühingule Mängumaa.

      Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest. Lisaks juhatajale, töötab ettevõttes veel 2 töötajat.

      Ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
