      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      AS Ropka-Betoon asutati augustis 1993. aastal. Põhitegevuseks on betoonisegude tootmine ning müümine Eestis.

      Lisaks toodetakse erinevaid betoondetaile.

      Sama tegevust jätkatakse ka järgnevatel majandusaastatel.

      Tehas asub Tartus, aadressil Teguri 55a.

      Ettevõte nimetati ümber 2013. a juulikuus AS-ist Ropka Betoon OÜ-ks.

      Konkurentsi suurenemise tõttu on betooni ja betoontoodete hinnapoliitika survestatud. 2025. aasta müügitulu oli 411 601 € ja 2024. aastal oli müügitulu 507 312 €.

      Üldiselt on ehituse valdkonnas sisendite hinnad endiselt kõrged. Aruandeaastal jätkus koostöö TTÜ Sertifitseerimisasutusega. Ropka-Betooni

      OÜ-s töötas 2025. aastal keskmiselt 3 töötajat.

      Juhatuse liikmetele tasu ei makstud, dividende 2025. aastal ei makstud.

      Ropka-Betoon OÜ juhatus koosneb 4 liikmest. Majandusaasta aruande heakskiitmisega kinnitab tegevjuhtkond majandusaasta aruandes esitatud andmete õigsust ja täielikkust, sealhulgas seda, et raamatupidamise aastaaruanne annab, kooskõlas RPS § 15 lõikes 1 sätestatuga, asjakohast ning tõepäraselt esitatud informatsiooni Ropka Betoon OÜ finantsseisundi ja -tulemuse kohta.
