      OÜ Belle ilusalong on iluteenuseid pakkuv ettevõtte, kes Keila linnas on tegutsenud aastast 1994.a.

      2023 aasta oli edukam kui 2022. kasvas käive ja pandeemiale vaatamata saime parandada tulemusi ja töötajaid tööl hoida. 2022 aastaks planeeritud kosmeetiku tubade remont sai tesotatud. Juuksurite ja kosmeetikute käive kasvas, kuid töötasude tõstmist ei toimunud. 2023 aastat mõjutasid jätkuvalt kõrged energiahinnad ning üha kerkivad materjalide ja muude teenuste hinnad. Suuremaid investeeringuid ei tehtud.

      Jookvad remondi - ja parandustööd ruumides.

      Maastiku haljastuse teenuse lisamine on andnud tööd, kahjuks küll hooajaliselt , kuid kasvatasime pisut käivet . Tagasihoidlikult ühe töötajaga toimetamine tõi lisakäivet 23894 .- euro ulatutses . Töötajate keskmine arv on jäänud läbi aegade samaks, paar töötajat on palunud osalist tööaega. Oü Belle ilusalongil ei ole laenukohustusi. Ettevõtte juhatus töötasu ei saa.

      2024 aastal tõuseb käibemaks . Paraku on klienditeeninduses hinnatundlik klientuur. Vastavalt sellele oleme taas olukorras, kus palgafondi väga suurendada ei saa, hinnatõus on paratamatu. Teenitud kasum jääb ikka reservi.
