      TEGEVUSARUANNE 01.01.2023-31.12.2023.a. majandusaasta kohta

      Osaühing AVARALUS (endine ärinimi AUDEST VARAHALDUS) on loodud 1995. aastal kinnisvaraobjektide arendamise- ja haldamisega tegeleva äriühinguna. 2013.a. detsembris sai osaühingu ärinimeks OÜ AVARALUS.

      Valdav osa OÜ AVARALUS tuludest (kokku 130 378 eurot) laekus ärihoone asukohaga Rakvere 4, Jõhvi ruumide üürile andmisest (128 170 eurot). Kinnistu asukohaga Rakvere 4, Jõhvi (mille oluliseks osaks on ärihoone) on arvel kinnisvarainvesteeringuna. Majandusaasta lõpuks hoone äriruumid on 100%-selt üürile antud.

      Järgmiseks majandusaastaks planeeritakse investeerida ca 25 tuhat eurot ärihoone küttesüsteemi parendamiseks.

      Aruandeperioodil on juhatuse liikmele välja makstud tasu summas 9 600 eurot.
