      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Aktsiaseltsi AGDECK põhitegevusalad on toitlustus- ja majutusteenuste pakkumine.

      Majandusaastal oli aktsiaseltsi müügitulu 1 465 212 eurot. Kogu käive toimus Eestis. Aktsiaseltsi eesmärgiks on arendada toitlustuse pakkumise teenust ja otsida uusi võimalusi teenuste pakkumiseks. Praeguseks ajaks a la carte restoran ei tööta. Ruumi renditakse välja ürituste pidamiseks. Peamine põhjus oli kvalifitseeritud tööjõu puuduses.Veebruaris 2024 avati pagarikoda.

      AS AGDECK 2024.-2025. aastal kasumit 31 577 eurot.

      Aktsiaseltsis AGDECK töötas 2024.-2025 aastal keskmiselt 31 töötajat. Palgakulu oli 434 802 eurot. Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb 1 liikmest, seejuures juhatuse liige tegutseb ka ettevõtte tegevjuhina ning ettevõttel on valitud 3 liikmeline nõukogu. Ettevõtte juhatuse töötasu majandusaastal oli 10 038 eurot. Juhatuse liikmele ja nõukogu liikmetele tasusid ei makstud. Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele nendega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Aktsiaseltsi AGDECK põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on tõsta senist käibemahtu ja tegeleda kokkuhoiupoliitikaga.

      Aruandeaastal soetati põhivara objekte 233 684 euro eest.

      Uurimis- ja arenguväljaminekuid olulises mahus ei ole plaanis teha.
