      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Aktsiaseltsi AGDECK põhitegevusalad on toitlustus- ja majutusteenuste pakkumine.

      Majandusaastal oli aktsiaseltsi müügitulu 1 293 728 eurot. Kogu käive toimus Eestis. Aktsiaseltsi eesmärgiks on arendada toitlustuse pakkumise teenust ja otsida uusi võimalusi teenuste pakkumiseks. Praeguseks ajaks a la carte restoran ei tööta. Ruumi renditakse välja ürituste pidamiseks. Peamine põhjus oli kvalifitseeritud tööjõu puuduses.Veebruaris 2024 avati pagarikoda.

      AS AGDECK 2023.-2024. aastal kasumit 4703 eurot.

      Aktsiaseltsis AGDECK töötas 2023.-2024 aastal keskmiselt 24 töötajat. Palgakulu oli 394 960 eurot. Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb 1 liikmest, seejuures juhatuse liige tegutseb ka ettevõtte tegevjuhina ning ettevõttel on valitud 3 liikmeline nõukogu. Ettevõtte juhatuse töötasu majandusaastal oli 8 950 eurot. Juhatuse liikmele ja nõukogu liikmetele tasusid ei makstud. Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele nendega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Aktsiaseltsi AGDECK põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on tõsta senist käibemahtu ja tegeleda kokkuhoiupoliitikaga.

      Aruandeaastal soetati põhivara objekte 231 192 tuhande euro eest.

      Uurimis- ja arenguväljaminekuid olulises mahus ei ole plaanis teha.
