      Osaühing Helksiine MV alustas tegevust 1997 aastal.

      Osaühingu põhitegevus 2024. aastal oli floristikatarvete, lõike-, poti- ja püsilillede müük, kimpude ja seadete valmistamine ja müük, kullerteenuse osutamine koostöös Interflora ning Interfloweriga, ruumide dekoreerimise teenuse teostamine.

      OÜ Helksiine MV müügikohtad on Rakveres Laada tn 4a , Tartu tn 55 ja F.G. Adolfi 11.

      Uusi müügipindu aastal 2025 plaanis avada ei ole. Müügikohad asuvad rendipindadel.

      Töötajate töötasu üldsumma oli 58029 eurot, maksude summa töötasult 13038 eurot, kahel töötajal on osaline töövõime seetõttu on saadud toetust sotsiaalmaksu tasumuseks. Keskmine töötajate arv on 6 töötajat .

      Juhatuse liikmele eritasusid ei makstud. Lepingute lõppemise korral ei ole ette nähtud erakordseid hüvitisi ega kompensatsioone.

      Käesoleval, 2025 aastal jätkub tegevus samal alal ning samades müügikohtades.
